*We are closed Monday July 5th in celebration of the 4th of July.
*After 3pm All Donuts are Buy One Get One Free! We have to start fresh with donuts everyday so come by after school and help us sell out of donuts. Don't forget the Donuts have Zero Grams Trans Fats and we serve whole wheat donuts everyday.
*Wednesday Nights are Tapas Night with 30% off bottles of wine! Tapas are small portions served is a more relaxed pace. The normal dinner menu will not be available.
*Now open for Dinner Mon. Nights!
*Now featured on our menu is Snyder Family Farm Meats. They are a local farm. Their meat is pasture raised with small amounts of vegetarian grain. No hormones or antibiotics are used. Currently we are using their Filet Mignon for our steak and Italian sausage & ground beef for our meatballs. More items will be added. Also served is local Ripshin Goat Dairy Chèvre.

*Thank you to Everyone who attended the March of Dimes 2009 Foothills Signature Chef's Auction. The event was a big fund raiser for medical help for children. Also, thank you for your votes! We won the "People's Choice Award" for the third year in a row.

Bistro 127 is a European inspired restaurant striving to serve great food using all natural and organic ingredients whenever possible. The wine and beer menu feature organic selections. Menu items include omelets for breakfast; gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, and organic salads for lunch; and steak, seafood, and an amazing pasta and gnocchi selection for dinner. Desserts are made from scratch by our local Pastry Chef. And yes, we still serve fresh Daylight Donuts throughout the day.
